Shirley Shu-Hwa Chang, Senior Consultant
Shirley Chang has more than 20 years experience in the food and beverage industry. She is currently the Managing Director at TGI Fridays restaurants in Taiwan.
Prior to joining TGI Fridays, Shirley worked for McDonald's in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the global corporate headquarters in Oakbrook, Illinois. She originally joined the compay among its initial group of employees when the restaurant first opened in Taiwan. From there. Shirley rose to vice president in Taiwan, chief operations officer for Greater China, corporate vice president at global headquarters (the first Asian woman to achieve such a senior role), and Managing Director at McDonald's Hong Kong. Shirley also served as Dean of McDonald's Hamburger University in Hong Kong.
As an external consultant to Wisdom, Shirly provides in-depth knowledge and experience to our clients in areas such as marketing, human resources and management.
Shirley Chang holds an MBA degree from Simon Fraser University, Canada. She is also a qualified business coach who advises senior business leaders and entrepreneurs to develop their businesses strategies.
